Credit card will be charged for the total amount shown above at the time of booking. Please note that your billing statement will show: Manta Divers.

Credit cards accepted:
American Express Cards, MasterCard, or Visa. By making a reservation online, you acknowledge that you have been advised of the costs of the tours and the amount you are being charged and agree to pay that amount.

IVA TAX:
IVA is a sales tax that is applied to all transactions in Mexico, in some cases the IVA tax is included and so states that. In most of the tours, courses, and snorkeling it is NOT, so there will be 10% added to all transactions that do not already include the tax.

ADDED VALUE TAX:
AVT is a value added tax that applies to Hotel Rooms, Resort Rentals, and certain Luxury Purchases. All Packages that include HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS will have 10% IVA and 2% AVT added to the prices quoted.

DOCK FEES:
All diving activities that leave from the Pier require a $2.00 US Dock fee to be paid. This fee is not included in any of the tours and thus will be added to all reservations.

MARINE PARK ACCESS FEES:
All Diving in the Mexican Caribbean is within the National Marine Park and there is a $2.00 US per person entrance fee that must be paid for each trip to the reef regardless if you are diving or snorkeling. This includes Cozumel trips but not CENOTES.

All date changes are subject to availability and applicable rates.
To modify or cancel a reservation, you must contact us by e-mail or telephone.
All cancellation requests must be processed by the reservation holder through our system for proper user validation and acceptance of applicable cancellation penalties. Acceptance of the applicable penalties and calculated refund are in accordance to the Mexican and International ECommerce Laws.

ALL RESERVATIONS CANCELLED ARE SUBJECT TO PENALTIES AS FOLLOWS:
After payment has been processed, reservations are subject to a minimum ten(10) percent administrative fee based upon the total amount of the reservation.

Cancellations 15 days prior to arrival will be refunded all except the "Administrative Fee".

Cancellations 7 to 14 days prior to arrival will receive refund of 50% of the reservation total.

Cancellations less than 24 hours to 7 Days will be issued a credit for future services and have no expiration.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and NO SHOWS will not be refunded and no credits are given.

In the event of packages additional applicable penalties will vary depending upon the hotel's cancellation policy, seasonality (ie. scheduled arrival date) and the date the cancellation request is received in relation to the scheduled arrival date.

BAD WEATHER:
Although Manta Divers cannot be held responsible for bad weather and we make every attempt to reschedule divers in the event of the port closing, if a diver chooses not to go out and the tour was not canceled that constitutes a NO SHOW, although we will make every effort to reschedule your dive.

CREDITS AND REFUNDS:
In the event that a credit or refund is due, Manta Divers will make every effort to process that transaction in a timely manner. Credits can be made only to the credit card that was used in the transaction. Payments made with your credit card in Cancun (not online) will be processed as described in Paragraph 1 using that days Buy Rate for Dollars (transactions made in Mexico must be charged in pesos) but it is important to know. Bank Rules do not allow credits to be issued to a credit card after the day is closed. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you pay in Cancun the store can only issue you a voucher for future diving or purchases without expiration.
